How To Earn Loyalty Points

The way you earn loyalty points is simple: For every dollar you spend with us, you’ll receive 1.5 loyalty points. So, if you spend $10, you’ll automatically receive 15 loyalty points on your account.

There is no limit to how many loyalty points you can accumulate. And, the best part is that your points will never expire!

How To Redeem Loyalty Points

You can redeem your loyalty points at any time when making a purchase. Your budtender will apply your points to your bill, and you’ll instantly save money. And, if you have enough points, you can get your entire purchase for FREE!

We try to keep things as simple as possible. So, one loyalty point is equal to one penny off your order.
For example:

1 Loyalty Point = $0.01
100 Loyalty Points = $1.00
1,000 Loyalty Points = $10.00

From time-to-time you’ll earn special offers and discounts based on your shopping habits and for being a member with us. Offers include things like birthday discounts, coupons, and other ways to save money on the products you love.

To make sure you get every offer available to you, we recommend signing up for our text messages and emails. This way, you’ll know everything that’s going on at your local cannabis store, and you’ll never miss an offer!

How To Sign Up For Text & Email Messaging

To sign up for text and email messaging, follow the steps below:

  1. Open your digital wallet and log in to your account: CLICK HERE
  2. Open your profile using the navbar at the bottom of the screen.
  3. To opt-in to emails, enter your email address and check the box to the right.
  4. To opt-in to text messages, enter your 10-digit phone number, check the box to the right, and follow the steps below:
    1. A message in a blue box will pop up at the bottom of the screen saying “Click Here And Complete The Steps To Enroll Into Text”.
    2. Click that link and you’ll be asked for your phone number and pin.
    3. A screen with terms and conditions will appear. Accept the terms, and then at the bottom there will be a field to draw your signature.
    4. Click submit, and you’re all done.

Common Questions About Our Customer Loyalty Program

The first thing to know, is that your PIN will act as your password to access your loyalty wallet and the rest of your account outside of our stores.

Additionally, due to cannabis being illegal on a federal level, telecommunication companies like Verizon or AT&T are forced to stop and delete any cannabis-related messages going through their systems. Artificial intelligence is used to recognize any cannabis-related terms or imagery. The AI also follows any links in text messages to see if there is any cannabis content on the other side. This makes it very hard for us to get news about new products and deals to our customers.

In order to keep the telecom AI from seeing what’s on the other side of our links, we’ve implemented a “PIN wall”. When you click on one of our text message links, you’ll be prompted to set/enter your own PIN before you can view the page. So, when the AI tries to follow our links, they’ll hit our PIN wall and won’t be able to see our content, which ensures that you receive all the messages we send you.

It’s easy to create your PIN and if you forgot your PIN, it’s just as easy to reset it.

If you need help setting up your PIN, just ask one of our budtenders. They’ll be happy to show you what to do. 

You can set your PIN using the following steps:

  1. Open the text message we sent you and click the link. Or, visit your digital wallet by CLICKING HERE.
  2. Click to request a temporary PIN.
  3. You’ll receive a temporary PIN text to the phone number associated with your account.
  4. Enter or paste in the temporary PIN (you can also use autofill).
  5. Create your 4-digit PIN.

NOTE: You’ll be asked for your PIN when you open your digital wallet and when you click the links in the text messages we send you.

By signing up to receive email and text messages, you’ll receive special offers, coupons, and get the insider knowledge about what’s going on at your favorite cannabis stores. You can opt in and out of messaging anytime you want by accessing your digital wallet.


We’ll never share or sell your data to anyone. We only use the information you share with us to provide you with unique and personalized deals.

There are a few ways to view deals and offers you’re eligible for: 

  • View all the offers available to you from your loyalty wallet. 
  • Visit any location and our budtenders can look up your account and redeem your available deals. 
  • Opt-in to email and text messages from us.

NOTE: To view text messages, you’ll need to create and enter a PIN. This is due to federal cannabis laws. Learn more about why a PIN is needed above.

No, you can opt-in and out of messaging anytime you want. To opt-in or out, just open your loyalty wallet, navigate to your account, and click on the checkbox next to your phone number to opt-out of text messaging, or the checkbox next to your email address to opt-out of email messaging.  
You can opt-in the same way, or a budtender can do it for you at any location.
