One hour Slow Flow Vinyasa that incorporates breath work and meditation techniques to help bring the mind, body, and spirit into union while on the mat. Starting at an introductory pace, this class offers ample variations in poses to accommodate every practitioner. All levels welcome. Mats and comfortable clothing are not required but highly recommended.

Class Breakdown:

5 minutes—centering/meditation

10 minutes—warm-ups

20 minutes—movement/balancing

20 minutes—floor routine

5 minutes—shavasana

Meet your Yoga Instructor: Samantha, RYT-200hr, specializes in slow flow vinyasa, or “yin-yasa”, in which poses are held for 1-3 minutes and are intertwined with a variety of meditation and pranayama (breath work) techniques. This style of yoga is ideal for practitioners seeking a relaxing and meditative flow. Suitable for all levels, modifications and variations are offered in every pose.
