It is critical that we learn techniques and tools for clearing the clutter from our minds, relaxing our bodies, and re-connecting with stillness. In this class, we will practice mindfulness-based tools for stress reduction, relaxation, and pain management. No special clothing or preparation required. Expect to be seated in a chair or lying down (optional, mats will be provided).

Meet Your Instructor, Julia Workman
Julia is a Certified Yoga Teacher and meditation expert, is OmBody Health’s Fitness Program Director. She believes that the health of the body and mind are closely connected and that the maintenance of both is crucial for optimal functioning. Through mindfulness-based techniques, Julia has learned how transformative stress reduction can be, and she is passionate about sharing the techniques with others.
