By placing an order with Wellness Connection of Maine on www.mainewellness.org, you, the user, agree that this is order to be picked up at your designated dispensary location and not for home delivery.
Orders at all dispensary locations placed after 5pm Monday – Friday will be prepared and available for pick up the next business day.
Orders placed after 2pm on Saturdays for Bath, Brewer or Gardiner will be prepared and available for pick up the next business day.
Orders placed after 5pm on Saturdays for Portland will be prepared and available for pick up the next business day.
You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pick up. If you do not receive the email, please call us directly at (855) 848-6740.
If you will not be able to pick up your order on the day it is ready, please call us directly at (855) 848-6740 and let us know. Any orders not picked up by the end of the business day will be restocked to ensure medicine is available for all members.
If you are unable to pick up an order for which you have prepaid with CanPay the day it is ready, the order will be restocked and store credit for the amount of your CanPay payment will be applied to your customer account to be redeemed at any time.
In the event an item you have ordered is no longer in stock, we will call you to discuss other options.
If you place or prepay for an order that exceeds the remaining amount of your 2.5-ounce limit you will be contacted by a WCM dispensary representative to discuss alterations to your order.
Orders may only be placed and picked up by designated WCM members. If you would like to place an order for a caretaker to pick up on your behalf please dial (855)-848-6740 and speak with a dispensary representative.
